Zoltan L. Nagy joined Buckeye Development as a principal in 2005. A licensed real estate broker, Zoltan has a broad background in commercial real estate involving all facets of development, leasing, and project management.

Previously Zoltan headed up SCDG, a real estate development/consulting company, which he founded in 2001. In his 15 year real estate and finance career, he has had stints with such major companies as Mills Corporation, PepsiCo and W. R. Grace.

Zoltan has an MBA from Rutgers University. He is active in community and professional organizations; he is a member of Carroll Creek Rotary, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Frederick County Builders Association, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
