Windsor Knolls is a large planned residential development consisting of 265 lots located in Ijamsville, Maryland. It features a rolling wooded landscape and naturalized walking paths. It has a community recreation center, pool, tennis courts, activity fields and playgrounds. The building lots are randomly sized from 1/2 to 3/4 an acres. The Windsor Knolls community members are very active in keeping their community a safe and beautiful place to live.
MI HOMES has been an exclusive builder in this development and is currently preparing to finish out Section 5 of the development. The development is expected to be fully built out in late 2008.
