McKinney Commerce Center is a proposed 32,500 sf condominium office building located at 4537 Metropolitan Court which is located just off Buckeystown Pike (MD 85) south of I-270 in Frederick. The four acre property is zoned LI (light industrial) and is the last undeveloped parcel in the McKinney subdivision.

The buildings in the general vicinity range from office to flex industrial. McKinney Commerce Center will primarily be office with one space containing a loading dock making it possible for a more industrial/warehouse use. A total of 106 parking spaces will be provided.
