"Best Preservation and Use of Natural Environment in Land Development"
Pembrook Woods, Emmitsburg, Maryland

"Best Single Family Project in Land Development"
Windsor Knolls, Ijamsville, Maryland

In 2001 The Natural Resources Defense Council recognized Buckeye in it's NRDC Reports for our use of "Low-Impact Solutions" in the design and build out of Pembrook Woods. To read more about "Low Impact Development" click here.
