Location: Emmitsburg, Maryland
Pembrook Woods is a medium-sized development consisting of 75 semi-wooded lots located in historic Emmitsburg, Maryland. The project was completed in 2006. Ryan Homes, Inc. was the exclusive builder in this development. The homes are traditional in style with 3-5 bedrooms and two-car garages. In this development, we applied an exciting and award-winning new stormwater management technique in constructing the infrastructure of this property. The development was completed in 2006.
The Preserve at Windsor Knolls
The Preserve at Windsor Knolls is a planned community consisting of 44 single-family lots located in southern Frederick County, Maryland. The Preserve is located between I-270 and I-70, making both Baltimore and Washington easily accessible. Shopping centers in Urbana and the City of Frederick are close by. Other areas nearby attractions are Sugar Loaf Mountain Park and Winery and the Monocacy Battlefield Park. The development was completed in 2017.
